Salary: £65k-£75k basic plus uncapped commission

The experienced team of Office 365 adoption and technical specialists put People first, and bring a broad range of industry knowledge and a deep level of Office 365 expertise to each and every engagement. All their consultants are Microsoft & PROSCI certified with experience of delivering large scale and complex Office 365 change projects.
They are now looking to add to the team an Account Executive to their ranks. This is an excellent opportunity to really put your stamp on things by joining at this stage, and be a part of this exciting time and growth!
You will be a highly motivated, and driven person that develops strong relationships with their team members and customers easily. You will be introduced to a number of our senior clients and contacts, and you will be able to display our values where our team and customers will love to work with you.
Requirements:
- Experience in a senior sales role and must have experience in selling the value of Microsoft products to organisations
- Ideally, you will have also sold services, such as OCM, training, and support to large enterprise organisations
- Developing channel relationships with Microsoft Partners, Microsoft Corp, or have worked at Microsoft in a sales or customer facing role
- Experience in the end to end process of consultative selling of services
- Manage and follow sales processes, with a meticulous focus on attention to detail and following up on sales activities

- The ability to be a self starter and someone that is eager not only to gain uncapped commission, but someone who wants to take ownership and responsibility for growing a unique business
- Positive attitude and be able to work well under pressure and strive to meet ambitious targets
- You must have the ability to build rapport with prospects and represent the company and our services
- You will be proactive and self motivated with the ability to work without supervision
