About the role
You will be responsible for overseeing the performance of a portfolio of affiliate accounts (which can be global). As an Account Director you will lead internal squads, ensuring that they are accountable for performance against our key metrics including revenue targets, margin, impact delivery, client sentiment and profitability. You will ensure that the squads are maximising client opportunities, reviewing performance of activities against targets and putting in measures to ensure these are achieved, whilst continuously looking forward with strategies and plans. You will be responsible for ensuring that you are building high performing, optimised, squads
- Manage your squads workload and capacity to ensure they are not over or under servicing clients.
- Proactively identify CSUS opportunities to manage your sector and the agencies growth targets
- You will understand and hero our key performance indicators and be responsible for the success of your squad against these metrics
- Ensure and monitor strategy performance and impacts within your senior teams, you will identify any weaknesses and execute plans to address them in a timely manner
- Build lasting relationships with your clients to champion their success and with your peers internally to foster a good working environment.
- Outline industry trends that will impact the future of affiliate and partner marketing and your sector as a whole, you will drive new ideas and innovation from within your squad and wider agency.
- Identify gaps in your teams knowledge and skills and utilise training budgets to address these gaps
What we would be looking at from you;
- Leadership: You will lead, manage and drive your squad forward and follow performance processes in 121’s and performance reviews.
- Organised: You’ll be confident in managing a busy workload and delivering through your team to hit client KPIS and deadlines.
- Innovative and enthusiastic: You will create a cohesive, dynamic team environment and support them with any challenges
- An excellent communicator: You effectively communicate the agency's strategy and adapt your approach to get the best results.
The Application Process
The application process consists of an initial 30 minute telephone interview where we can get to know each other better and we’ll ask you to complete one of our personality profiling tools to find out more about your work preferences. If successful you’ll be given a role specific presentation to prepare for your second interview and asked more technical questions relating to the role.
