We are looking for an experienced and highly talented Account Director to join our Growth Team to help us to deepen and strengthen our client relationships.
You will take ownership of client relationships for “Active” clients and be responsible for nurturing the client, making sure they are fully satisfied when using the product and finding opportunities for growing the accounts including up-selling, cross-selling and maximising their services at renewal.
You will consult and work closely with the Client Success team including Project Managers and Helpdesk to support and guide members of those teams to achieve the best possible growth targets.
Leading up to the end of the implementation project you will work closely with the Project Manager to understand the client and to be ready to take over the relationship as they become an “Active” client. From that point forward you will be the client's main point of contact, understanding their potential needs and suggesting how our wider product and services could support them.

Key responsibilities:
- Act as the key point of contact for “Active” clients
- Nurture relationships with clients - find opportunities to maximise satisfaction and make them feel valued
- Manage and ensure service agreement renewals, growing services where possible
- Find upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients to achieve financial targets
- Share feedback to the wider team to help improve our service and offering
What we are looking for in this role:
- Experience in client relationship management
- A drive for finding new business opportunities and closing deals
- An excellent communicator both verbally and written
- Interest in or previous experience in a technology or CRM market or nonprofit sector would be an advantage

Location: Hybrid Working (office based in Shoreditch, London) or Remote
Type: Permanent
Salary Range: £50-£55k + uncapped bonus (On target expectation: £10k)
