As Marketing Manager, you are responsible for developing or providing input into a variety of marketing communication pieces, projects and campaigns. You often work as a liaison across project teams to provide marketing support. You are key to implementing the tactical marketing plan through the creation of email, web, social media, and/or video content. You are also responsible for reporting on the success of marketing initiatives and budget adherence.

About the role
The role of Digital Content Manager is exciting, collaborative and constantly evolving. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join the GSMA’s in-house Brand and Content Strategy team.
The overall remit is to support core digital content production including our GSMA.com redesign and our GSMA app.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee copy and content production to ensure content is high quality, on time, and suitable for digital channels.
- Develop and own roadmaps and timing plans to manage production of website and app content and copy deliverables.
- Proactively anticipate next steps when it comes to creating digital content including briefing teams on requirements, sourcing feedback and approvals from stakeholders, and ensuring copy is on time and and on brand.
- Support copywriting team with managing content calendars for our corporate website and app channels.
- Work closely with our stakeholders and other marketing teams e.g. PR to keep content calendars up-to-date and manage content backlog of sources.
- Pitch in with content management using various software tools.
About You
- Strong understanding of content strategy, design, marketing, and website production.
- Strong communicator, and able to join discussions as well as proactively anticipate next steps when it comes to digital content production.
- Knowledge of accessibility, UX, usability, SEO and web conventions a plus
