We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Liverpool. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a strong customer service orientation.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Listen to customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
  • To provide support and assistance to customers and colleagues over the phone, email or in person - maintaining customer satisfaction to a high level.
  • Accurately calculate and process quotations and renewals
  • Collate information and update records where needed..
  • Work closely with your department to successfully achieve KPI’s

  • Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. word, excel) together with attention to detail are essential for these roles.

This role is Full-time, Monday-Friday

Salary: £22,761.00-£24,059.00 per year
