We are looking for an exceptional sales individual to join our client team. Reporting into the Commercial Director (Apprenticeships), you will play a pivotal role in growing our apprenticeships business across your portfolio of enterprise clients.

What you’ll do:
- Working with the Commercial Director and sales leadership, you’ll develop and execute a strategy and account plans to grow our apprenticeships offering within a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts;
- Develop your accounts by leveraging existing contacts and relationships to engage new senior stakeholders, building a pipeline of opportunities across a set of our Fortune 500 / FTSE 250 clients
- Engage with senior decision makers to understand their requirements and demonstrate how we can support them through suitable and impactful, programmes and solutions;
- Create impactful proposals and deliver pitches to senior executives focused on ROI and value
- Own the relationships and programmes we are delivering to ensure we retain, renew and grow those relationships
- Closely collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a coordinated approach to developing and servicing your accounts as well as ensuring we are consistently demonstrating value, identifying new opportunities; and building strong long lasting relationships with stakeholders
- Work together with delivery, coordinators and faculty teams to create and launch programmes.
What you’ll bring:
- At least 4 years experience in an enterprise technology sales role having sold to, and managed relationships, with C-suite executives;
- A proven track record of creating a pipeline of opportunities and delivering growth;
- Passionate about education and technology, with a digital mindset that demonstrates a strong understanding of data, technology and their applications, and how they drive value in organisations;
- Experience using enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, SPIN etc.
- You are committed to bringing your best self every day, delivering excellence and constantly looking for feedback, and ways to learn and improve;
- You are comfortable solving problems and navigating complex situations;
- Integrity, openness and transparency are important to you and you build credibility and trust with your clients and colleagues;
