We’re looking for a Personal Assistant & Office Manager to join CopyHouse!
You’ll be an organizational pro with an adaptable can-do attitude, working closely with our Managing Director to provide administrative support and assistance with various company projects and events.
Joining our fully-remote agency environment, we’re looking for a positive, proactive and passionate individual who is excited by each day being different and having the chance to get involved in different areas of the business.

Our role overview
The main responsibilities for this role include:
Acting as a first point of contact for the business and having an excellent working knowledge of how the business operates
Work closely with the Managing Director to provide PA support including diary management, travel arrangements and restaurant bookings
Attend senior leadership meetings and act as the minute taker
Inbox and diary management including creating and organizing daily and/or weekly priorities
Liaising across the business to develop working relationships and providing support to the Senior Leadership team
Document management, including supporting the Project team with updating the CRM system
Creating and reviewing contracts, and other legal documents as required
Working closely with the HR & People team to provide additional support with recruitment and onboarding
Provide IT and logistical support - creation/admin of accounts and managing equipment
Supplier Management - review current and research new suppliers, implementing where applicable and ensuring changes are communicated across the business
Coordinate and support Copy House to become BCorp certified
Support with company wide events and play an active role in our social committee
Support and office line manager support to interns
Other duties and/or projects as may reasonably be requested by the Managing Director
Your professional skills
What we need:
Strong, proven experience in an administration, office management or assistant role
Experience with managing diaries, emails and work schedules
Awesome time management skills, with the ability to multitask and effectively prioritise your workload
A tech-savvy individual – you’re confident using a range of programmes including Google Suite
What could set you apart:
Over a years’ experience specifically working as a Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
Knowledge of London’s restaurant scene
A relevant qualification in a business or administrative subject
Previous agency experience
Previous event or project management experience
The finer details
We’re a fully-remote and flexible working team based across the UK. Most of our activities and events happen in London so some travel is expected on occasion.
Salary: starting from £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
