Job description
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Client Admin Team at Panther. In this role you will provide high level, quality support and carry out telephone and administrative duties on behalf of Panther group to a key client, to ensure an efficient and effective service and support our clients during operational challenges.
Primary Accountabilities
- To provide a professional service as required to the clients of Panther group, including all aspects of logistics.
- To act as the primary point of contact for client servicing issues.
- To maintain current knowledge regarding industry & environmental compliance.
- To maintain a professional relationship with the existing Panther Group client base, by providing first line contact by email or telephone advice and support.
- To carry out administrative duties as required on behalf of Panther group.
- To work within procedures published by the company from time to time.
- To provide cover for absent colleagues to ensure the continuance of an efficient and effective service. Covering other ad-hoc duties that the employer determines fall within the job-holder's capabilities.
- Flexible with a rota shift pattern 08:00-17:00/11:00-20:00/13:00-22:00 inclusive of rota'd weekend shifts.
