London Women’s Clinic provides fertility treatment to women and couples across England and Wales. Established in 1985 in Harley Street, London Women's Clinic has since pioneered many of the routine techniques used to treat fertility today. Our state-of-the-art facilities include on-site laboratories and theatres led by a team of consultants and nursing staff with over 30 years’ experience. About the role:

  • To assist with document review of all JDH (JD Healthcare) documents.
  • To undertake/log audits and address Corrective & Preventative actions (CAPA).
  • To assist in logging NCDs (Non Conformances & Deviations) and address CAPA.
  • To review Third party agreements regularly.
  • To quickly address complaints as and when required

Job specification:

The post holder will undertake audits and check with attention to detail in order to highlight and implement corrective and preventative measures where required. Full training will be given to the ideal candidate.

Person specification:

  • Will need to be organised.
  • Have the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Great communication.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

  • The post holder will be able to use and have good knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Experience with data entry.

Salary: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
