We have a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Administrator at our Portsmouth location to join the Sparks Team. Working within the administration team in this fast paced, busy depot, you will be responsible for creating and processing retail invoices from start to finish, including texting of jobs, obtaining purchase orders, loading invoices to customer portals, and emailing off. You will be responsible for all purchase invoices, ensuring all invoices are loaded and parts booked in a timely matter and taking on monthly purchase ledger tasks such as supplier statement checks, creating payment packs, credit note queries etc. The role will involve dealing with customer & supplier queries in a timely manner and various other daily office tasks.

Full in-house, hands-on training will be provided.

You must have proven experience in similar positions. Strong attention to detail with ability to work affectively under pressure and at fast pace. You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Promote robust business practices and robust customer relationships and experience.

The successful candidate will be working alongside the Office Supervisor, Service and Parts Teams as well as the Depot Manager.

Salary Range: £22,000 to £27,000 depending on experience.

Basic Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30 pm with ½ an hour unpaid lunch.

Note: Late finish last working day of the month to ensure all month end procedures are complete

Holiday: 20 days plus 8 statutory bank holidays, holiday increases with time served
