We are seeking an experienced Product Designer for an 8-month contract supporting our practitioner experience team. This team focuses on maximizing workflows and features for nearly 60,000 Fullscript practitioners on desktop and mobile.

Fullscript Product Designers create beautiful and intuitive designs for web and mobile applications that improve the lives of our users. They also have the freedom to explore new design concepts and push boundaries. Throughout this engagement, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Fullscript stakeholders to design products that meet user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and optimize designs for user needs
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications that are both beautiful and intuitive
  • Work with engineers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and on-time
  • Present designs to stakeholders and provide feedback to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies to ensure that our products are innovative and competitive
  • Work with other designers to maintain design consistency and alignment across products
  • Communicate design decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders with confidence and clarity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role
  • Strong design skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to create beautiful and intuitive designs that meet business objectives
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinking skills and the ability to think about the big picture
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to work with engineers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and on-time
  • A passion for innovation and a desire to push boundaries with your designs
