DESCRIPTION
Junior Pension Accounts Administrator
Location: York
NJR Recruitment is representing a highly regarded wealth management organisation that is based in the York area. Our client holds an excellent reputation within the industry and provides wealth management advice to both private clients and business owners. Due to growth plans a great newly created opportunity is now available for a Junior Pensions Accounts Administrator to join their team.
This role will be working within a specialist pensions team and be providing accounting support to ensure that all in house pension schemes are kept up to date.
Daily duties will include:
Preparing accounts and valuations
Client invoicing
Creating fee input sheets
Liaising with team members about overdue invoices and chasing where required
Processing checks and payments on pension schemes
HMRC reporting
Rent invoicing and monitoring
What we need from you?
Some experience working in an accounts based role
Excellent accuracy details
Great attention to details
Good communication skills
Ideally be working towards AAT or ACCA qualifications but these are not essential.
