Countrywide are seeking driven and professional customer service specialists who want to be a part of an established, passionate team supporting the accounting and lettings functions within Countrywide’s estate agency network.

We are on the lookout for committed Client Accounts Coordinators to join our Accounts team who share the same passion for customer service as we do! Working in a large vibrant centre, you could be joining a team supporting our branches or one of our many specialist teams. There’s also plenty of opportunity to move around teams as you progress.
The role of a Client Accounts Coordinator:
- Demonstrating your passion for working with people and money, by taking ownership of customers' queries and see them through to a positive resolution.
- Applying your knowledge to support our customers in an efficient and engaging way, so you will need a good telephone manner, coupled with excellent numeracy and administration skills
- Having a very keen eye for detail as you will be handling landlord and tenant money on a daily basis.
- Establishing and building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues; demonstrating excellent customer service skills, and developing them further.
- Being a Team Player! Confidently engaging and participating in team meetings and training which will ultimately support our customers.
- In an industry such as property, compliance is key, therefore you will need to study and gain relevant industry qualifications.

The government is currently introducing regulation to the property industry which will require that all estate agency and letting colleagues hold a qualification in their specialist area (sales or lettings). In order to develop our colleagues, provide a high quality service and work towards regulation, all colleagues who join us are required to hold the a Level 3 qualification in their specialist area (sales or lettings). If you don`t already have this qualification you will be required to study for it, and Countrywide will support you to achieve the required standards.
