Job description
Our client Tregarthen's Hotel on the Isles of Scilly are looking for a new team member to join their Food and Beverage team for the remainder of the 2023 season.
Tregarthen’s is ideally located on St Mary’s on the Isles of Scilly and enjoys stunning views of the islands of Tresco, Bryher, Samson and St Martin's. Due to extensive renovations, the hotel has a modern, open plan restaurant and updated high quality accommodation.
In addition to a competitive salary, you will be well-rewarded with a staff uniform and, providing you complete the season, a share in the gratuities. This role is live in, with accommodation provided.
You need to be available to work until the end of the season which is mid-October. You will also need to be eligible to work in the UK.
Key requirements for this role are:
· You will be committed to providing outstanding service to our customers in the hotel restaurant and bar.
· You will have experience in a similar role, gained from a restaurant or hotel.
· You will be passionate and professional in your work.
