We are looking for a Personal Training Academy Tutor to join our Learning & Development team.

As a Personal Training Academy Tutor, you have pride yourself on delivering fun, engaging and relevant courses.

The Role

• Work with the work with the Academy and Learning & Development Team to deliver an industry-leading, blended learning experience
• Deliver the required number of guided learning hours for each course in line with Awarding Organisation
• Provide ongoing support to individual Personal Training learners, as per course guidelines
• Manage learner progress and development through a variation of 121 and group sessions
• Completion of required documentation throughout the learner journey, ensuring compliance with the relevant bodies at all times
• Liaising with key stakeholder on learner performance
• Acting as a member of one team with one goal, will always be yourself, and work hard. Most importantly, you dream big

Qualifications

• Level 2 and 3 Personal Training diploma, accredited or recognised by Active IQ and CIMSPA.
• Award in Education and Training qualification (including assessor qualification) or PTLLS qualification
