Position Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager / Project Management Office to join our customer delivery team and manage the day-to-day activities of various teams to ensure projects are completed on time.

Your responsibilities will include scheduling resources for customer projects, tracking issues, actions to completion, regular communications with key internal and external stakeholders and ensuring our milestones are met. As part of your role you will work across different departments to ensure we meet our customers expectations. You will be the first point of escalations for our customers and help to ensure their issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure all necessary documentation, scope and sign-off are in place for each customer project
  • Ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently and within agreed scope
  • Arranging installation dates for technical engineers
  • Manage task prioritization and escalation with departmental teams. assigning team members to various deliverables.
  • Draft new and improve existing project management office processes
  • Providing post deployment support to our client’s customers
  • Maintain and follow up actions and issues list in a timely manner

Experience & Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Project Manager/ Project Management Office or similar role
  • Good written and verbal communication skills dealing with internal/external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to details and technicalities
  • Excellent organizational and technical abilities
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Customer focused and being flexible in your approach.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in technical Project Management position
