Job description
To support people living in Signposts services, providing a person centered, collaborative and creative culture, supporting each individual’s road to a brighter future.
To ensuring efficient collection of rent and personal charges, to prevent homelessness.
To undertake all aspects of housing management throughout Signposts buildings
To follow working practices that are delivered from Psychologically Informed Environments (PIEs) and take into account all 5 PIE principle.
· Provide expert support to Clients in identifying and progressing their strengths and achieving their personal goals
· Responsible for the rent and personal charge collection from Clients using regularly reviewed payment plans that develop budgeting skills
· To work in line with Signposts policy and procedure
· Ensure all Clients have a risk assessment, personal profile and support plan
· Work alongside Clients to attend Signposts TEAM SP project
· Ensure both Client support and Housing management meets predefined Signposts standards
· Manage and Coordinate internal and external referrals for accommodation
· Work alongside Clients to ensure they each have identified their ‘move on’ plan
· Establish effective working relationships internally and externally, with the objective of maximising opportunities for Clients and maintaining a positive service and organisational reputation
· Work with colleagues to achieve Signposts strategic objectives
· Reflect the organisation’s high priority for Client empowerment and Co production by encouraging and motivating Clients to participate across all areas of decision making
· To ensure the safe running of any relevant buildings, including maintenance and safety issues, ensuring that regular inspections are made and actions are followed up as required by the Quality Management Framework
· Ensure that all files (paper and electronic) are maintained in a meticulous order for audit/review purposes and that all files are accurate and fully recorded on InForm
· Fully participate in structured reflective practice sessions
· Ensure that you work within the safety guidelines established for the services to include Health & Safety and Environmental Health legislation, the Care Act 2014 and Homelessness Reduction Act 2017
· Commit to personal development in keeping with the requirements of the job
· Undertake any other reasonable duties required by management

Salary: £21,103.00 per year

- Luton, Bedfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
