The Managing Director has transformed the direction of the business which has seen the company grow from strength to strength.
Main responsibilities:-
- Purchase Ledger
- Processing purchase invoices
- Setting up new purchase accounts
- Reconciling Statements
- Collating weekly supplier payment runs
- Sales Ledger
- Raising sales invoices
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Credit control
- Other
- Inputting Bank statement & Bank Reconciliation’s
- Help with month end reporting
- Ad-Hoc
Experience needed:
- Experience of working in an accounts department essential.
- Education to AAT Level 2/3 or relevant experience.
- Experience of Sage desirable but not essential.
More Info:
- 15hrs – 2 full days/3-part days.
- Salary – to be agreed
- Home working therefore must be self-motivated
- This position is predominantly remote working but will involve meetings at our office in Sheffield
