We are seeking an Accommodation Officer to join our award-winning team in assisting with a busy and dynamic reception. In the past decade, we have invested £250 million into our Halls of Residence, winning us a number of awards over the years. We have 7 halls of residences with over 4,400 students living with us, and around 600 rooms with our Preferred Private providers.
With a proven track record in Student Accommodation or Student Experience administration, you will be able to promote our halls, increase our ability to attract a diverse range of Undergraduate and Postgraduate students, and work within a team to deliver outstanding accommodation services. You will possess a high level of organisational, customer service and IT skills and will demonstrate an enthusiasm for the development and delivery of quality services to accommodation users and a commitment to improving the Student Journey.
You should have 3 GCSE¿s at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language.
This role is permanent and offered on a hybrid working basis of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. There are times of the year where full-time office work is required, and holiday cover. This pattern is reviewed on a 6 monthly basis and may be subject to change.
