Be a part of our fantastic team who support the players in our Academy
The Player care role is a key role at the centre of our academy. You will be confident in building professional relationships with players, parents and carers. You will support the planning, development and delivery of a high-quality package for all players. You will also work alongside our education department to deliver the life skills programme.
As part of this role you will be required to attend matches (as well as trips and tours where agreed) to support the players in the relevant age phases.
Your background
It is essential that you have a clear understanding of the “pressure points” of professional football. You will also have experience of working with young people within an Elite Sports Environment, Educational setting or social services. A good level of knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook would be beneficial.
