THE ROLE
Hours
Part Time (5 - 15 hours per week)

Competitive (based on experience) (15 minutes set up time is
also paid)

Overtime & Expenses
Additional coaching hours available within our Education and/or
Community programmes. Travel expenses paid.

THE ROLE

Prioritise fun, inclusive and safe coaching environments
Administer basic first aid
Deliver a consistent high standard of coaching sessions
Plan, deliver and adapt coaching style to ensure age appropriate
sessions are delivered
Plan sessions in line with the Saints Southwest coaching curriculum
Monitor and review player progress, recommending best Saints
Southwest session for their stage of development
Communicate effectively with other colleagues to ensure coaching
programmes are well planned and organised
Support and manage assistant coaches
Attend CPD sessions when instructed
Complete and review your own coach development plan
Ensure Saints Southwest coaching programme aims and objectives
are well understood and clearly represented within sessions
Provide feedback to staff around coaching curriculum

Register and monitor attendance
Understanding and implementation of Saints Southwest policies and
procedures
Promote Saints Southwest values
Promote Saints Southwest programmes
Keep up to date with coaching qualifications
Collaborate with other team members/colleagues
Actively seek opportunities to promote and market Saints Southwest
programmes

Saints Southwest acknowledges and accepts it has a responsibility for the well-being

QUALITY ASSURANCE
Parents and Guardians want assurances that their children are being taught to the
highest level. The Saints Southwest programme evolves through shared knowledge
amongst qualified coaches and teaching professionals.

All staff are fully qualified, licensed and have enhanced CRB/DBS checks completed.
Staff are regularly assessed and have to attend Continued Professional Development
training 3 times per year. Saints Southwest pride themselves on excellent customer
service standards and having the ability to tailor many services
