We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our digital platforms
- Create, curate, and publish compelling content across various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and promote social media campaigns, contests, and other initiatives
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Analyze social media metrics and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Identify and engage with influencers and build strategic partnerships to amplify our brand's reach
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets effectively
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitors' social media activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and shareable content
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt the tone and style for different audiences and platforms
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns
- Experience with social media advertising and budget management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus
Full Time opportunity (Monday - Friday) - On-Site (NOT REMOTE)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Create and curate compelling content, including written posts, visuals, videos, and infographics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to identify new opportunities for brand exposure.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay informed about the target audience's preferences and behaviors to create tailored content that resonates with them.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends related to social media and content marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar, tone, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure social media performance.
- Experience with content management systems and basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to engage the target audience.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry news, social media trends, and digital marketing strategies.
