3D/ Motion Designer - Croydon
£37,000 - £50,000 DOE
Digital Waffle is proud to be working in partnership with a London-based Design Consultancy, which are looking for an experienced 3D/ Motion Designer to join its team. The ideal candidate will live in or around London, be an expert in 3D motion graphics, and 2D animation, and have around 3 years of working in a similar position.

Digital Waffle is proud to be working in partnership with a London-based Design Consultancy, which are looking for an experienced 3D/ Motion Designer to join its team. The ideal candidate will live in or around London, be an expert in 3D motion graphics, and 2D animation, and have around 3 years of working in a similar position.
Key responsibilities of a 3D/ Motion Designer:
- Lead and mentor the creative team and junior designers.
- Design, storyboard, create and animate unique, standout designs and animations across multiple different formats and platforms.
- Work with fellow writers, designers, and other motion designers.
- Have excellent time management and be able to manage your workflow efficiently.
- Review content produced and incorporate feedback ensuring the agency standards are met.
Required experience:
- Heavy experience in motion graphics, animation, and 3D.
- Thorough knowledge of Cinema4D or Blender
- At least 3 years of professional company experience (not freelance).
- Detailed portfolio and showreel showcasing previous work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong fluency in Mac platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite and After Effects.
