Operations Support Administrator will provide critical, accurate and detailed administration support to the HSE, Logistics and Operations pillar of the UK Land operation, reporting to the Operations Support Manager.
- To ensure that all holiday, sickness and absence is administered with 100% accuracy whilst ensuring these are within company policy and procedures.
- Critical HSE data input and reporting
- Payroll administration activity
- Reporting of near misses and unsafe sites
- Supports data cleansing activity from driver feedback
- Central point for resource management
- Booking drivers into high profile high security delivery points (e.g. Tideway, HS2)
- Book all supply liftings from terminals where required and where defined by planning
- Record all near misses and unsafe sites
- Compile monthly KPI reports for HSE
- Report and order additive stock inputting
- Support with third party confirmations
- General report publishing to Operations, Logistics & HSE as directed by Operations Support Manager
- To ensure all unsafe / near misses are accurately entered on SIRUS and relevant departments are advised of the issues.
