Your role
Do you know how to turn data in business intelligence? We’re looking for someone who can help us apply an analytical mindset to development of outputs for decision making .
You will:
We are hiring two people to work in two different teams in Group Corporate Services (GCS) London.
You will:
- Maintain our office environment through real estate strategy, property management and essential administrative services
- Focus on the applied use of the tools Alteryx and PowerBI; connecting decision makers to the right data, with a purpose of achieving our groupwide key results, for example reducing real estate footprint, reducing cost, improving the workplace experience, process simplification or reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
- Work with real estate data, analytics and reporting experts, developing our analytical landscape by working with local and global stakeholders.

Your team
You will be working in UBS Group Corporate Services (GCS) – one of our Chief Digital and Information Office (CDIO) functions within Group Functions – in our London offices. Our function supports UBS by driving UBS’s real estate and PropTech strategy as well as all related services globally (e.g. facility management).
We apply data analytics and intelligent information outputs required for decision making and groupwide performance measurement. You will work with real estate data, analytics and reporting experts, developing our analytical landscape by working with local and global stakeholders.
The team you will join contains professionals who possess specialized knowledge and are responsible for bringing innovation and continuous improvement to the diverse GCS teams and business. They have the responsibility for determining the projects and initiatives required across the business, ensuring business requirements are met with solutions which reflect deep subject matter expertise and the latest in industry thinking.

Your expertise
You need to be in the penultimate or final year of your studies and be on track for a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in your first undergraduate / bachelor degree.
Ideally you’re studying for a computer science, data analytics or data science degree and you have:

Ideally you’re studying for a computer science, data analytics or data science degree and you have:
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels
- a flexible, open-minded, multi-tasking and cooperative personality
- a gift for using numerical analysis, statistics and financial mathematics to solve practical problems
- know-how gained from experience (or internship) in project management or business management
- solid MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- solid PowerBI skill level
- fluency in English
