2024 Employee Experience Consulting Graduate Programme, London

London, GB

September 04, 2023

We are searching for bright, driven, and motivated graduates who are keen to develop a career in shaping the employee experience of tomorrow, today.

We are offering graduate vacancies in London to start in 2024 as part of our Fast Start Graduate Programme.

At WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger. We want our workforce to reflect the different and varied markets we operate in and to build a culture of inclusivity that makes colleagues feel welcome, valued and empowered to bring their whole selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive work environment throughout our organisation. We embrace all types of diversity.

The Role

As an Employee Experience (EX) Analyst, you will work as part of a consulting team on a wide variety of complex projects. You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments across a wide variety of subject matters and spanning multiple types of solutions that we provide to our clients. You will be involved in projects that allow you to draw on your skills, imagination and creativity – from drafting a variety of communications, analysing data, or drawing conclusions to present to clients in a meaningful way. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry experience and complement our 12-month graduate training programme, Fast Start, which is designed to give you an insight into our business, and help you develop the consulting, practical, and technical skills you need to succeed at WTW.

As you grow and gain expertise, you will become a key contact for the client and gradually begin to take responsibility for deliverables and client relationships across a range of subject areas, sectors and geographies. You will work alongside some of the industry’s top consultants on cross-industry client projects including many household names; both FTSE 100 companies and public service organisations.

We have two communities within EX: Communication & Engagement Solutions and Organisation Insights & Change. You would be assigned to one of the communities; however, you would be an EX Analyst and be working across both. Your role will cover a range of activities and might include:

  • Supporting senior colleagues with the development of communication strategies and materials designed to grab the attention of employees, build engagement and drive desired changes in employee behaviour.
  • Planning key change management activities and milestones for major projects, including organisational design/restructuring and HR transformation.
  • Developing insights related to employee experience risks and impacts and ensuring these are integrated into consulting activity across the employee experience spectrum.
  • Supporting the design and set-up of employee listening strategies and surveys, as well as translations, printing / on-line set-up, distribution and return of materials.
  • Working independently to draft and create communications, across print and digital, translating complex concepts into clear, compelling, innovative and engaging content.
  • Executing the delivery of communication campaigns across a range of subject areas (pension, rewards and benefits, wellbeing, career management etc.) and measuring success through key analytics.

Requirements

Minimum 2:1 degree in a related discipline – humanities, marketing, and communication may be advantageous; or comparable education or work experience.

You should be able to demonstrate your excellent writing and communication skills as well as good problem-solving and analytical skills, as you will be interacting with clients from the beginning.

We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills:

  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Strong influencing and decision-making skills
  • Professional attitude keen to develop and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to get things organised
  • Able to evidence a strong work ethic
  • Experienced in working with a high level of trust and integrity
  • Demonstrates common sense and can work on their own initiative as well as part of a team, with a willingness to work for the benefit of the team as a whole.
  • Must demonstrate a high level of accuracy in all tasks, strong attention to detail, analytical, meticulous and efficient whilst under pressure
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Aptitude to learn new skills
