Job description

Recra are working in partnership with an established fabrication/sheet metal company that manufactures a broad range of products and they specialise in all aspects of welding and fabrications. Our client are looking to add a Welder to their team in Coventry.

40 hours per week
Monday - Thursday 07:45am til 4:30pm
Friday 07:45am til 12:15pm

Duties:
  • Welding of mild steel, stainless steel & aluminium
  • Ability to learn and undertake some TIG welding
  • Fabricating various types of work in different materials to drawings
  • Working from jigs to produce fabrications, and making jigs
  • Metal finishing of work after welding process
  • Assembly work from time to time
  • Fitting of materials or parts to finished products
  • Any other duties that fall within the job scope as required
  • Candidates must be able to read technical drawings
