BNY Mellon Analyst Program - Finance
The 18-month leadership program is focused on developing the future leaders of the financial services industry. Through projects across the Finance line of business, you will receive a view of BNY Mellon's entire global franchise, providing rare insight into the operation of one of the world's largest banks. In each of these three, six-month rotations, you will work on high-priority initiatives and develop a comprehensive set of analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills. As part of this highly selective program, you will gain unparalleled exposure to the senior leadership of BNY Mellon and teams at all levels, while receiving personalized career guidance and support from a dedicated executive mentor. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be considered for high impact roles in multiple functions within Finance.
Corporate Finance rotations may focus on financial analysis, modelling, compliance, project management, or analytics. Participating functions are not client facing and include:
- Controllers
- Corporate Tax
- Corporate Treasury
- Investor Relations
- Financial Management & Analysis
- Chief Investment Office
- Line of Business Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Teams
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Enrollment in a an undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred; however open to all majors with an individual interested in the financial services industry
- Individuals who will be graduating in 2024
- Well-rounded experience including demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the region where they apply.
