2023 Night Glamping Duty Manager - Chessington, Surrey
We're currently looking for Night Glamping Duty Managers
- Location: Chessington World of Adventures, Surrey KT9 2NE
- Hours: Full time & part time, fully flexible. Fixed term contract from March 2023 to November 2023. Weekends and bank holidays are required.

About the Role
As the face of our Explorer Glamping, our Glamping Operations team are dynamic and motivated to deliver engaging & memorable guest experiences to our Adventurers. This role is focused on supervising and delivering the highest guest experience to our Adventurers as well as maximising additional revenue at any potential opportunity. Working as part of a team, you will ensure a flawless daily operation and will be a brand ambassador for the Chessington World of Adventures Resort and Merlin.
Chances are you will be in a similar role and looking for your next wild adventure; ideally you will have a Food & Beverage or a Front of House background. You will be used to working in a team, confident enough to make informed decisions and set standards across the department. You will have high standards and will be smart and friendly in appearance.
You will have a good understanding of the Chessington Resort and Merlin and be passionate about developing yourself within the business. This role will include Front of House check in and check out of the Glamping tents, keeping the cleanliness and presentation of the site to a high standard, serving our Glamping Adventurers in the Explorers Outpost buffet Restaurant as well as creating those memorable experiences to really enhance the Britain’s Wildest Adventure culture!
As a Nights Glamping Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the Glamping Operation on a night shift basis 10:30pm-7am. With this you will be responsible for management of the operational team on shift, as well as ensuring the operation runs smoothly with minimal impact on the staying Adventurers with safety and security being your number one priority. You will be the escalation point for any feedback from the Adventurers and you will be empowered to do whatever is possible to make their short break memorable.
Please note, due to the nature of this role you must be age 18 or over.
