£23,000 per annum
Croydon - Office based for the first 6 months, Hybrid working once probation has been passed

Here at United Response we are looking for a friendly and professional 1st Line Analyst to join our busy IT Support team at our head office in Croydon. United Response provides support to young people and adults across England and Wales with a range of disabilities and mental health needs. Our mission is to ensure that people with disabilities have the opportunity to make life happen and our IT team is a key part of that mission. You will work in a busy environment, providing vital technical assistance to almost 4,000 members of staff across the country.

What will you be doing?
As a 1st Line Support Analyst you will be comfortable with the following:
- Windows 7 and 10
- Supporting with Microsoft Office suite
- Active Directory and user administration
- Office 365
- Basic networking principles
- Escalating calls to more senior colleagues where appropriate
- Providing advice to colleagues via email and by phone
What are we looking for?
To be a successful 1st Line Support Analyst you should be a personable individual who has the ability to communicate with people with varying degrees of IT understanding. You must have the ability to identify problems and devise solutions in a methodical and timely manner, experience of working within an ITIL environment would be advantageous.
In addition to having sound technical experience and skills, you must be a great team player with a first rate work ethic. Our IT team prides itself on supporting the wider organisation with its critical work in whatever way it requires and it’s critical that whoever joins this team buys in to that ethos.
JUST IT Training would be preferred.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work alongside more senior engineers and gain exposure to more technical aspects of IT support and project work so candidates must have a willingness to learn.
The successful candidate would also be subject to a basic DBS check, the cost will be met by United Response.

This role may involve occasional travel to services or other area offices in addition to regular travel to our Croydon office.
