If so, our established and growing client is looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join their team in Lincoln. This is a great opportunity to learn while you earn with a competitive apprenticeship salary.

You will study a Customer Service L2 Apprenticeship in your role as Technical Support Advisor. The main purpose of this role will be to ensure the smooth delivery and migration of services to Bluecube and general client support.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to;

- Assisting customers with day to day technical and non-technical support.

- Provisioning new services and managing existing services.

- Using Zendesk to update customer on progress of queries & faults

- Number porting responsibilities.

- Agreeing architecture and delivery of new accounts.

- Keeping CRM and other office systems updated.

Applicants will ideally have good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and good communication skills. A large part of this job involves speaking to customers, and offering promoting Bluecube in a polite and courteous manner. An obvious interest in technology will be very helpful in the interview process. Good spelling and grammar is also essential.

You will be on the hourly rate of pay which is advertised above, then after your first 12 months, this will be increased to the National Minimum Wage for your age bracket.
