The position
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Zuora (and Salesforce) developer to be part of our company’s Animal Health Technology Solutions IT team. Your main responsibility will be to enhance and maintain our Zuora and Salesforce CRM instances. Our Salesforce CRM instances (with integrated Zuora CPQ plugin) are used globally and we are introducing additional species to the platform and rolling out subscription products to our global user base. Salesforce and Zuora CPQ are used by both internal sales teams and external customers.

What will you do?
Your primary activities include (but are not limited to):
- Manage subscription product catalogues with detailed configuration requirements required to implement additional subscription models (products and species) and financial configurations.
- Manage the Zuora (CPQ, Billing and RevPro) modules with associated and Salesforce integration (Z360).
- Manage our support relationship with Zuora.
- Perform Zuora tier 2 and 3 support activities for the subscription platform.
- Program using Salesforce SFDC, force.com, Java, JavaScript and XML.
- Deploy new releases from develop, testing, training and production environments.
- Create and manage integrations between Zuora/Salesforce and different business system platforms (such as SAP).
- User maintenance of the Zuora platform users.
- Ongoing maintenance and reviews of Zuora platform configuration and security.
- Manage custom data models and objects.
- Create design documentation and testing scripts and methodologies.
- Work with the training team to produce training materials.
- Data loading activities for data imports from legacy systems.
- Edit and customise objects/fields/record types and validation rules.
- Meet with internal stakeholders.
- Work with internal and external Salesforce developers and architects.
- Perform data cleansing and end-to-end testing.
Your qualifications, experience and skills
- Experience of the Zuora Billing and RevPre cloud platform.
- Experience of external customer account configurations and processes as used with ERP systems.
- Experience conducting technical process reviews, testing documentation, and UAT scenario’s.
- Experience with integrated deployment strategies.
- Salesforce developer certification.
- More than 2 years' experience working with Salesforce in a developer capacity.
- Familiar with Agile working practices and tools.
