Job description

Oxfordshire Children's Integrated Therapy Service (CIT) includes occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech & language therapy and provides support to children, young people and their families across Oxfordshire. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced team administrator to provide a proactive and efficient administrative service, ensuring that there are effective administrative systems and procedures in operation. The role will involve liaising with the other team administrators to plan and organise the work of the Band 3 team as a whole, including line management and supervision. You will report to the Band 5 CIT administration lead and will be based at Abingdon Hospital, but may need to travel to other sites. The hours required are 30 per week over 4-5 days to include Monday and Friday. The role will involve office based/home working. You should therefore have good written and verbal communication skills and accurate keyboard skills. You should have good IT skills and be confident using Microsoft Office packages including Microsoft Teams. You should have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise your workload whilst managing competing demands. You will need to be able to work effectively as both part of a team and independently, using your own initiative.
