Youth Support Worker
We are currently seeking a passionate, fun and dedicated Youth Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support, guidance, and encouragement to young people in our community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop positive relationships with young people and provide guidance, advice and support.
- Plan, organize, and lead recreational activities, educational programs, and life skills workshops.
- Collaborate with local community organizations and agencies to support the development and wellbeing of young people.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities.
About the role:
- Youth Support Worker to support students 2 – 19 years old.
- Create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning experience.
- Develop positive interactions to build confidence and self-esteem.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the progress of students is prioritized.

Requirements:
- Available to work 08:30 - 16:00, Monday to Friday.
- Recent experience supporting children or adults with additional needs.
- Able to carry out personal care as part of the role.
- Available immediately to work as a Youth Support Worker.
- Happy to apply for or already have an enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the update service.
