Youth Campaigns Officer

Youth Campaigns Officer London, England

UNICEF UK
Full Time London, England 35000 GBP ANNUAL Today
Job description

UNICEF ensures more of the world’s children are vaccinated, educated and protected than any other organisation. We have done more to influence laws and policies to help protect children than anyone else. We get things done. And we’re not going to stop until the world is a safe place for all our children.

This is a great opportunity to join the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK) as a Youth Campaigns Officer.

In this exciting role, you will play a key role in elevating children’s voices through project managing our annual OutRight campaign – supporting children and young people to learn about, and speak out, on their rights. You’ll also play a key role in the Campaigns and Mobilisation team, supporting the team with their work to inspire and engage the UK public to campaign to protect children here in the UK and around the world.

You will have knowledge of youth engagement and public campaigning. You will be experienced in project management, and working directly with children and young people. You will be an excellent communicator and collaborator, and will bring energy and ideas to our work for children.

Candidates can work out of either our London or Edinburgh offices. Some domestic travel will be required in this role.
