The role of a support worker will involve:
- Contributing to the young person’s care plans and risk assessments, reviews, and implementation.
- Building professional relationships with the people we support, you’ll enable them to enjoy a wide range of activities at home and in the community.
- Forming effective relationships with young people, their families, and other external agencies.
- Ensuring the home is kept clean and in a tidy condition, encouraging the young people to participate in various activities as appropriate.
- Ensuring that good quality records are maintained as required with supervision and advice from management.
- Maintain and promote support work to high levels of professionalism expected by the organisation and its stakeholders.
- Contribute to the educational and social development of each young person and assist in the implementation of Individual Support Plans.

What we are looking for from you:
- Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent (desirable)
- Experience in care settings (desirable)
- Passion to help nurture young people
- Be able to work shift patterns including sleep-ins (Rota pattern provided in advance)
