Job description
A vacancy has arisen at the Aberdeen site for a Yard Operator to work on a shift basis, within the busy operational facility serving the oil industry.
Responsibilities
Working as part of the team and reporting to the Production Team Leader, the job involves operating manufacturing processes in accordance with defined procedures, handling both raw materials and finished products and operating forklift trucks.
Requirements
Applicants should be able to work in a physically demanding environment and should be capable of working with minimum supervision, taking into consideration the requirements of safety, quality, and good housekeeping.
The ability to maintain accurate, legible production records and process details is a fundamental part of the job.
Suitable candidates should also possess a forklift license, although training can be given to those wishing to pursue this role.
