Job description
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing foster homes for children and young adults in need. We are seeking a skilled Grant Writer to join our team and assist us in securing funding to support our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Research potential grant opportunities for our organization
- Write and submit grant proposals to foundations, corporations, and government agencies
- Work with program staff to gather data and information for grant proposals
- Monitor and track grant applications and awards
- Maintain knowledge of trends and best practices in grant writing and the non-profit industry
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and organizational skills
- Familiarity with the grant application process
