As Workshop Manager, you’ll be ready to roll your sleeves up for a rewarding role that doesn’t just help people get from A to B – you help communities stay connected.

With a total fleet of around 50 vehicles travelling around the Cheshire area, you’ll have the responsibility of supporting, advising and managing a team of engineers and support staff to ensure all of our buses are clean, safe and reliable on the road each day.

We’re looking for an individual as passionate about continuous improvement and Health & Safety as they are about people as you’ll be getting stuck in managing fleet performance, inventory, recruiting, training and many other key areas of the business. Most of all, you’re ready to be part of the Stagecoach team to maintain, and ideally boost, our 99% reliability.

Whether you’re a first timer or a fanatic when it comes to bus body types, we’ll train you on everything you need to know but do ask you’ve worked in a related field such as the truck or haulage industry in an engineering setting. Bonus points if you’ve managed teams previously too, regardless of size.
