Job Overview
FMFN Group is seeking a self-motivated safety conscious individual who will be responsible for serving customers in person and via the telephone. The Petro Canada Service Cashier is accountable for dealing with customer complaints, inquiries and processing transactions. The cashier understands his/her role as a FMFN Group Petro Canada ambassador and provides positive brand experiences to all customers. This individual will also ensure that services are being provided in a proper and safe manner.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers
- Scan items, operate cash register, and process transactions; authorize gas purchases
- Maintain the customer service and checkout area for prompt and accurate processing of orders
- Stock merchandise; maintain facility cleanliness
- Balance daily transactions
Working Conditions
- Schedule:7 on 7 off running Wednesday to Tuesday with the morning shift running from 5:00am to 200pm. Your next cycle will be afternoon hours from 1:30pm to 10:30pm. Bonus of 7 hours bi-weekly if one has good attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to regularly move, lift, carry, pull, push and place objects weighting up to 20lbs
- Prolonged standing, walking, lifting, squatting and bending
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Training will be provided
- Valid Class 5 Drivers license
