Up to £28,000 basic, depending on experience, plus bonus

We are currently looking to recruit a Hub Controller to work in our Fordstore and Transit Centre after sales operations at Whiffler Rd, Norwich.

This pivotal role, working within a team of four Hub Controllers controlling our busy car and light commercial vehicle workshops reports to the Fordstore & Transit Centre Service Manager.

The key elements of the role are:

  • Controlling the flow of the work through the workshops, maximizing the efficiency of the technicians whilst ensuring our external and internal customer’s expectations are met.
  • Managing the team’s communication with our customers, ensuring we are keeping them informed at all stages and that all additional work is quoted, discussed, and authorized to maximize customer convenience during their visit.
  • Day to day management responsibility for a team within the department ensuring compliance with all Busseys and manufacturer standards and process whilst delivering fantastic levels of customer and staff satisfaction.

We are looking for a motivated, driven individual ready to bring their passion and knowledge to a pivotal and exciting role.

Full training will be given, however a background in workshop control and line management together with excellent communication skills will be a big advantage
