Job description
Duties will include:
- Following the policies and procedures set out by the company, this will be to ensure that a safe living environment is maintained for the service users and a safe working environment is maintained for all staff,
- Ensure that you understand the needs and requirements for all service users who you may be working alongside. This will be gained from reading the detailed care plan in situ by the service.
- Encourage and promote fluid and food intake where appropriate and ensure it is recorded accordingly.
- Help support service users with their daily routines, including personal care needs, mobility assistance, this may include using equipment which the service user has been assessed for.
- Documenting and reporting any changes in service users’ conditions, or any concerns which may arise.
- Encourage engagement in any activities taking place within the service.

Pay will vary between £11.00 - £12.00 per hour!
