Royal Mail has an exciting opportunity to join the buisness as a Workshop Administrator, based at one of our key workshop locations in
Coventry


About the role

As Workshop Administrator you'll will be responsable for supporting all administration elements in the workshop arena such as but not exclusive to, PSP management.This includes supporting the workshop manager and workshop team with wider Administrative tasks (reporting, stakeholder management, general clerical activities etc)


You'll be responsible for SAP requisition processing, payroll and attendance system management and the maintenance of performance reporting. You'll also be responsible for the processing of all vehicle maintenance documents for both physical and digital


You'll have the accountbaility of fulfilling this duty at a key hub in the business.


About You

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years vehicle maintenance environment experience, proven experience of collaborating with internal and external Stakeholders, and must be able to demonstrate an ability to work with Remote Colleagues.


  • A wide breadth of experience in a vehicle maintenance environment
  • Competent user of HR IT systems
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of OCRS and O-Licencing desirable
