FM Conway is currently recruiting for a professional and motivated Workshop Administrator to work within our plant and workshop division based in Dartford. This is a full-time permanent role, which offers a competitive salary and wide range of benefits.
As our Workshop Administrator, you will be support our Service Managers with the service maintenance administration of our workshops, in order to maintain compliance

The Workshop Administrator Role
- Learning and understanding the Freeway workshop maintenance software system, to assist and maintain records for all asset types
- Scanning and electronically filing compliance paperwork from engineers or external companies, ensuring certificates are available for issue as required
- Monitoring and administering the track unit system, escalating assets not reporting, and creating service reminders
- Reviewing workshop operations and continually seek ways to improve performance and profitability, ensuring workshop is always loaded
- Raising and closing job cards as required
- Raising purchase orders and receipting orders as items are received
What we’re looking for in our Workshop Administrator
We are looking for a professional and confident candidate, who has experience of communicating with a variety of people via telephone, email and face to face. Someone with previous experience in construction or the plant industry would be great, but not essential.
