We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Work Scheduler in the Scheduling Team.
About the role
An opportunity has become available for a Works Scheduler within the Support Services Team. Assisting in the planning, organising and co-ordination of repairs and maintenance work to operatives, in a way which optimises performance, value for money, quality standards and customer expectations. The applicant will be a well organised individual who can respond to the reactive needs of the service.
About you
You will have a positive and enthusiastic attitude and have excellent interpersonal skills to build effective and strong relationships with internal and external customers, whilst working to tight deadlines in a busy property services department.

- Work Scheduler – Fixed Term until 31st March 2024
- Salary is £26,451 per annum
- Location: Newburn or Stanley
- 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available
