Workplace Support Coordinator JD
Job Objectives and Responsibilities:
You will create a memorable and lasting experience by delivering exemplary customer service to the building users.
- Meeting and Greeting visitors to site ensuring they know where they are going and what facilities are available to them on the day helping ensure their experience of the building is seamless
- Make sure our customers are wowed by the spectacular experience our office has to offer
- Play your vital part in the team making sure all duties are completed
- Facilitate events on site by providing porterage, room configuration and other services to ensure smooth running of building schedule
- Be the face of the FM team to the end user ensuring a seamless end user experience
- Support the Work Place Hub in delivering a variety of services including stationary and printer hub management, first fix tech, AV support and furniture management on sit
Main Duties to include:
- Daily walk round of office to ensure that meeting rooms/breakout area furniture layouts are kept in order. Ensure walkways/corridors are kept free of obstructions.
- Management of the Workplace Hub (DSE store, IT first Fix, Stationary)
- Preparing meeting rooms/office space for a range of uses, including setting out, removal and storage of furniture and equipment, all of this in accordance with health and safety and manual handling procedures as per training provided
- Assist in daily management of the Workplace Hub
- Manage re-stock & check of First aid kits in communal areas
- Management of shared spaces and publicly accessible areas
- Management of printer hubs
- Spare key management/procurement
- Provide assistance to Workplace Experience Lead and any other ad hoc duties as required.
Person Specification:
You are friendly and professional and work tirelessly to ensure that colleagues in the building are given an exemplary customer experience. You will be outgoing and enjoy working as part of a team focussed on delivering the most amazing service. We seek people with the following skills and experience:
