Human Resources provide support and strategy at every level of Morgan Stanley’s business. It helps firm and business unit management with strategic direction in employee recruiting, retention, development and compensation. HR generalists partner with individual business units to deliver services in data analysis, employee relations, compensation analysis and performance management. Other HR teams are product-focused, specialising in compensation, benefits, recruiting, reporting and learning and development services.
This position will primarily responsible for the day to day relationship with the current existing HR Solutions Vendor (Accenture), the Bangalore Service Centre and the internal clients who benefit from these two service centres.
The position is part of a wider team, that oversees relationships with existing vendors and is responsible for process re-engineering across the HR Solutions space.
Our services with Accenture have just being implemented, so the focus on the role will be for the next year the support of this new service and all the necessary steps required to bring the service to business as usual state.

What will you be doing?
Primary point of escalation for any items raised in the HR department with regards to Accenture and Bangalore. Responsible for analysing the issues, defining action plans and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Chair regular meetings with the team leaders and internal clients to discuss upcoming seasonal/ bulk task requests, escalations, staff issues and process changes.
Lead work effort with the Accenture and Bangalore to outsource/offshore new processes, review existing processes and develop solutions to operational problems and certifying that the solution is in fact bringing positive change to the HR department. This includes:
- Conduct Impact Analysis, documenting requirements while managing timescales and stakeholders.
- Define SLAs and work with internal teams to assess feasibility.
- Ensure that operational readiness is in place before implementation o Lead formal transition reviews at appropriate points to provide go/no go decisions o Coordinate audits post implementation to ensure the success of the outsourcing initiative.
Manage and/or assist with variety of projects – usually around process improvement/business transformation/regulatory changes which impact HR Service Centre deliverables.
What we’re looking for:
Ideally a graduate with CIPD or equivalent, with HR experience in professional services •
Experience in HR Outsourcing/ Vendor Management/Offshoring role is highly beneficial.
Experience in defining and implementing small to medium scale supplier framework including; contracting, sourcing and ongoing risk management and performance monitoring and reporting.
Ability to structure and comprehend numerical analysis and optimization strategies
Sound judgement – know when and how to escalate, close issues down etc
IT skills to include competency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Comfortable interfacing with leaders and business partners across a heavily matrix environment.
Ability to build relationships remotely and locally, ability to establish credibility among stakeholders.
Project management and analytical skills.
Effective meeting skills, able to chair meetings.
Experience with managing third parties through SLA's. Demonstrable experience of improving service levels.
Exposure to commercial agreements is desirable.
Experience in process optimization is highly desirable.
