Job description
We are hiring for Workforce / Training Administrator / Planner / Resourcing Administrator
Location : Kent with some hybrid options to work from home
- Ability to provide front line customer interface service at development centre and details of forthcoming training course attendees to the Workforce Development Centre Managers and Workforce Development Specialists
- Should be able to set up training rooms for forthcoming training courses and produce copies of all necessary training materials as required
- Manage the procurement of goods and services for the development centre and record ex-penditure and Support all administrative activities to the Workforce Development Centre Managers / Specialists
- Should work closely with the Planner and administration team to ensure resource utilisation
