Job description

We are hiring for Workforce / Training Administrator / Planner / Resourcing Administrator

Location : Kent with some hybrid options to work from home

• Ability to provide front line customer interface service at development centre and details of forthcoming training course attendees to the Workforce Development Centre Managers and Workforce Development Specialists
• Should be able to set up training rooms for forthcoming training courses and produce copies of all necessary training materials as required
• Manage the procurement of goods and services for the development centre and record ex-penditure and Support all administrative activities to the Workforce Development Centre Managers / Specialists
• Should work closely with the Planner and administration team to ensure resource utilisation

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: £150.00-£160.00 per day

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Paddock Wood: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Workforce / Training / Resourcing Administrator: 3 years (preferred)
