About the opportunity.
KBR is searching for a Workforce Planner to support the Integrated Solutions Business of almost 5000 people globally, based out of the EMEA Head Office in Leatherhead, Surrey. Reporting into the Vice President of ISI, the Workforce Planner will
- collaborate with all regions and offices to stay informed on pursuits and opportunities, ensuring current information is communicated to the Chennai Operations Centre (COC).
- be responsible for influencing decisions, increasing workshare for COC across the project lifecycle in line with the strategic approach grow the Chennai business units.
- provide data reports and analysis on each Operation Centre’s Workshare activities.
- maintain a single source database of information in relation to projects and pursuits including Time Planned / Time Delivered where data and analysis will contribute to business strategy.
- measure and monitor performance against forecast.
- Ask as the point of contact and manage communication between stakeholders in the home offices and COC offices.
- Adhere to and promote KBR Policy and Procedures, identifying and maintaining best-practice standards.
- collect DX-DY files data from main operating centres
- combine all IS requirements with COC content and identify projects and prospects
- produce 30, 60, 90 day look ahead by project and discipline
- attend resource meeting held in each IS office
- share requirements by project and discipline with COC
- chair weekly meetings with COC regarding resource shortages by project and by discipline
- feed back COC comments to project holders by IS location
- report to IS management on weekly basis
- revelop and maintain a dashboard
What You’ll Need:
- An understanding of KBR’s Markets, Clients, industry trends and competition.
- Proven experience managing Workshare and Resourcing within Discipline Engineering, Project Management, and or Project Support within the hydrocarbons, energy transition or similar industries.
- A reasonable grasp of commercial / financial aspects of effective delivery models and be able to articulate the preferred Workshare strategy at all levels
- Knowledge and experience of working to and within guidelines, standards and practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills including communication (both verbal and written)
- Willing to work on Global timings based on business requirement
- Willing to travel periodically based on business requirement
