Job description
Job overview
Research is happening every day across the whole of CUH. To help to manage this, R&D has a specialist HR team who check that everyone working on a research study is properly trained and qualified, through the Research Passport system. As an experienced administrator you will help with the day to day running of this system, dealing with queries from researchers, keeping records up to date and issuing honorary contracts and letters of access.
You will work closely with recruiting managers to appoint the best possible candidates into the R&D workforce. You will be responsible for ensuring employees' fixed term contracts are managed correctly and in a timely manner.

As you will be part of a small team, a flexible approach to work is needed. You should also be able to confidently communicate with people both in person and over the phone. The ability to work accurately and autonomously within a team is a prerequisite.
We are open to flexible hybrid working arrangements.

To undertake all administration in relation to the personnel processes.
Expert source within the Division providing recruitment & selection advice to recruiting managers and to the rest of the team.
